A Fibula Nail which LOCKS Distally! Threaded distal locking holes in the Phantom® Fibula Nail help prevent screw backout or migration. The Distal Fixation Cluster allows for placement of Ø2.7 mm Threaded Pegs that interlock with the Nail to secure the distal segment of the fibula with the Nail. These Threaded Pegs are headless to allow for flush placement and to help minimize soft tissue irritation.
