Congratulations to the 304 leaders who have graduated from the Panasonic Foundational Leadership Program! 🎉 Over the past year, our Talent and Organizational Development team has been dedicated to helping Panasonic Energy leaders enhance their skills in leading themselves, their teams, and our business. Through this 4-day program, spanning two months, our leaders— from Supervisors to Directors— have gained valuable insights into balancing results with people management. The connections they’ve built within the program are already driving collective success across our NV and KS locations. Here’s what some of our graduates had to say: "I think the program shows the company cares about its image, growing, and role in the lives of their greatest asset (people)..." "Overall it was a great experience and very enriching upskilling event, beyond that we made a new network of leaders within PENA which we can leverage for collective success." "I think that this is extremely valuable information and time well spent. I have sung the praises to other Supervisors and Managers..." We’re proud of our graduates and look forward to seeing the impact of their leadership! #Leadership #TalentDevelopment #LifeAtPanasonic
