Scenes from Seattle! Last week, we hosted our second annual GM Retreat, bringing 40 team members together in Seattle’s University District for an in-depth exploration of intentional leadership. We aimed to create a meaningful, engaging (and fun!) program for our busy GMs to step back, reflect, and explore the key elements of effective leadership. Without strong leadership, there’s no inspiration. We're excited to keep 'LeadershipU' development programs at the forefront.
