The Construction Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project accounting processes from start to finish, including preparing monthly reporting, participating in construction loan closings, permanent loan conversions, and cost certification processes. Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE plus up to 16% bonus.     We are recruiting an experienced Worker’s Compensation Claims Manager for an industrial company in the Roseville area. Our client is an industry leader that offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), and an amazing company culture that values and supports their employees. Excellent benefits include 100% medical paid for the employee for the lowest cost medical plan, 9 paid holidays, 401(k) with 100% match up to 3% and a 50% match up to 5%, and generous PTO accrual up to 96 hours in the 1st year, 3 weeks after 1 year, and 4 weeks after 4 years. The Worker’s Compensation Claims Manager is responsible for managing, processing, overseeing, reviewing, and analyzing Workers’ Compensation, automotive and general liability claims involving the company and assisting with other safety related matters such as safety auditing and training. This is a non-exempt position. Pay: $40-$58/hour. The qualified candidate will have experience with worker’s compensation claims administration, and strategy, and experience negotiating claims/settlements if they become litigated.
