As we close out this year's Hispanic Heritage Month, we want to recognize our responsibility as a legal recruiting firm to bring diverse representation to our profession. Despite incremental improvements (Latina women reached 1% of all partners in U.S. law firms for the first time in 2023, according to NALP), Latinx lawyers represent just 5% of all lawyers at law firms, compared to 19% of the total population. We remain committed to an inclusive and diverse talent pipeline, during Hispanic Heritage Month and every day.

Dominic recently graduated with a BA in Political Science from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia and plans to attend law school in the fall.
