We asked one of our Consulting Managers, Josh Pratt, some quick fire questions about all things MedTech.. 1. What have you found candidates are looking for most in a new role? I think candidates are most excited about companies who are investing a lot in innovation. I feel that a lot of the conversations I've had recently with people actively looking for a new role is around their company stagnating in plans to release new products. 2. What are the most in demand skillsets you’re seeing in your market? I find the most in demand skillset currently is still well-tenured sales people. There is always a need out there for sales leaders with deep market knowledge within their respective field. What is most exciting about MedTech right now? The most exciting part of the Medical Device space is now the intersection between Medical Devices and AI. AI is not only helping Medical Device Manufacturers be more efficient in eliminating human error.
