Matt, a University Recruiter for North America at Silicon Labs, plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and developmental programming for early career professionals. His responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts in Austin, Boston, and Montreal. Matt's journey began in 2020 when he joined the Austin-based entertainment startup Atmosphere as a recruiter. Before that, he honed his skills as a licensed tour guide in Austin and New York.
