Our mission is to provide a different approach to alternative dispute resolution (ADR), aimed at true reconciliation and transformation within and among organizations. Our primary emphasis is serving business and non-profit organizations. Collectively, we have over 60 years of professional experience in law, corporate management and business entrepreneurship, government service, and service to nonprofit organizations. We also bring to this mission a steadfast belief that mediation, in particular, should not be just a "speed bump" on the way to trial but rather an opportunity for folks in apparent conflict with each other to truly reconcile and, if possible, even transform their relationships to something better than before. In our approach to ADR, we adhere to a set of principles that supports this mission, which we invite our client participants to adopt and respect when retaining our services. These principles are grounded in the belief that the highest goal for any of our participants when approaching mediation is not "me" but "we."
In addition to mediation and reconciliation, we offer arbitration services for legal disputes that cannot be resolved otherwise. We also offer a team approach to crisis intervention and transformation within work groups and organizations, and we are available, when retained by management, to conduct investigations.
