If you've lost anyone in construction to suicide, then you know how important this issue is. It runs deep in this industry. Deeper than we like to admit. Workers in high-stress environments constantly being told to "suck it up", "man up" or "bite the bullet". It's a ticking time bomb. But it's an issue we're working to eliminate all together. We make it a point to show as much support as possible to folks in the field and provide them with the tools they need to strengthen their mental health.
