NYC Chess Connections' mission is to provide free private chess lessons to students of all ages.
About us
NYC Chess Connections Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) dedicated to spreading the game of chess to the next generation of students. We do this by connecting high school chess tutors with elementary, middle, and high school students. We also seek to help disadvantaged communities participate in the game by donating chess boards to low-income schools, and teaching those students the rules of the game!
