Congratulations to Dave Nerz on his retirement from #NPAworldwide. Dave Nerz joined NPAworldwide as President and COO in January 2006. Some of Dave's many accomplishments during his 18-year tenure include modernizing our sales and marketing functions, as well as spearheading the acquisitions of the NBN and IPA networks, continuing our global expansion and improving members' equity. The entire membership thanks Dave for his stewardship and extends our very best wishes to Dave and his wife, Bonnie, in this next chapter. As he is fond of saying, "Bye for now!"

Today we congratulate Veronica Blatt, who is celebrating her 30th anniversary with #NPAworldwide today. She started her career as our events coordinator and morphed into marketing and communications, including managing multiple websites and being an integral part of the CRM software that supports members and runs our business. Veronica says she enjoys the enormous variety her role provides, but it's our members that make it worthwhile. Congratulations on your tenure!

Today we say goodbye and congratulations to our longest-ever serving staff member, Chris Paull. She started her career in our distribution center back in 1976 when members shared their candidates and jobs via paper distribution packs. She moved on to a bookkeeping/accounting role, then managed our cooperative advertising program, and then found her passion for tech projects back in the late 1980s/early 1990s. She also served as our training director, helping to onboard hundreds of members. Chris has worked tirelessly to manage many points of view, multiple tech partners, volunteer leaders, feature requests, scope creep and more. We're going to miss her more than we can possibly express, but are so happy for this next chapter in Chris' life!
