Congratulations to Connor McClure, Medical Assistant, for recognition by the Northern Counties Board of Directors. Connor was recognized for his exemplary performance in his role as a Medical Assistant at Concord Health Center. Connor joined the team in August of 2022 and has demonstrated an impressive ability to quickly grasp his role and responsibilities with grace and efficiency. "Connor has excelled in his own duties, but has also gone above and beyond to assist and support others within the team. His willingness to lend a helping hand has had a positive impact on our collective success. Connor embodies the qualities of a true team player, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, collaboration and a genuine desire to see our team succeed. Congratulations to Celina Wright, Senior Accountant, and Susan Taylor, Payroll Specialist for their recognition by the Northern Counties Board of Directors. The Board regularly recognizes those who show outstanding dedication to our organization and communities. "The recent promotion of our Payroll Accountant created a staff vacancy on our very small team. Sue moved back into the payroll role, while still managing accounts payable and cash transactions from her previous position. Celina transferred several of the Payroll Accountant responsibilities to help manage the workload. With a new Electronic Health Records system this has not been an easy task. I am very grateful to both of them for stepping up and really doing an amazing job while we work through this transition." - Angela Neil, Chief Financial Officer

Congratulations to Kristin Freeto, RN, for her recognition by the Northern Counties Board of Directors. The Board regularly recognizes those who show outstanding dedication to our organization and communities. Kristin is our Complex Care Coordinator at Caledonia Home Health Care and is responsible for our telehealth and Longitudinal Care Programs and team-based care for patients with complex needs. Kristin was recognized for going above and beyond to cover for nursing staff on maternity leaves. "Kristin is always flexible and volunteers to help in numerous ways when needs arise. In December, Kristin agreed to temporarily transition to a nearly full time on-call position while both On-Call Nurses were on Maternity Leave. For over six weeks Kristin has been on-call overnight three to five nights per week while managing Longitudinal Care patients during the day. Kristin’s flexibility during this time has offered an incredible sense of stability for patients and the team is grateful for her support. " - Treny Burgess, Director of Caledonia Home Health Care

Congratulations to Michelle Tetreault, Dental Billing Lead, for her recognition by the Northern Counties Board of Directors. The Board regularly recognizes those who show outstanding dedication to our organization and communities. Michelle was recognized for going above and beyond, rebuilding the dental insurance tables to bill out of our electronic dental records system. "Michelle single handedly rebuilt insurance tables for all fee schedules. This was a time intensive project. Afterwards, she helped test these fee schedules multiple times for needed corrections. She did all of this on top of her current responsibilities. During all this, she maintained close communication with IT and the practice managers. We could not have switched as seamlessly as we have to a new billing protocol without the experience and hard work of Michelle. Thank you for your dedication to Northern Counties. We appreciate you! Congratulations to Stephanie Burgess, Home Health and Hospice Clinical Manager, for her recognition by the Northern Counties Board of Directors. Stephanie was recognized for going above and beyond, ensuring our nurses and therapists receive the support needed and our patients receive the care needed. "With staffing shortages, Stephanie has absorbed supervision of additional nurses and therapists while continuing to support her own team. Stephanie is working early mornings, evenings, and weekends to make sure our nurses feel supported and our patients get the care they need.
