On July 9, LaMora Senior Housing, a collaboration between Northeast Projects @PerkinsEastman and @IntegralBuildingandDesign in Yonkers, NY was celebrated for achieving Phius certification. Gov. It was great to see this space filled with so many people last weekend. The high last Saturday was 88F and with that much glass and nearly 50 people inside the space, it stayed comfortable.
