The IASIU - North Texas Chapter is excited to announce that we are partnering up with Central Insurance Company & NICB for the Texas Truth - Identifying and Combating Medical Build-Up Medical Seminar on Friday, December 6, 2024. The NTIASIU will be providing CE credits for the 6 presenter line-up. If you hold a Texas Adjuster License, 7 hours of CE credit will be available! If you are a Claims Adjuster, an Insurance Defense Attorney, a Law Enforcement Officer/Investigator, and/or an SIU Professional, this seminar will be beneficial to you! The seminar location: Parker Chiropractic College 2540 Walnut Hill Ln. Dallas, Texas 75229 The seminar will take place from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Hello North Texas Chapter Members, The October 8, 2024 meeting is cancelled! We want to provide a healthy lead time so that you all can schedule to attend the meeting accordingly; therefore we are pushing the meeting back to Wednesday, October 23, 2024 @ 11:30 AM. The scheduled speaker, NTIASIU's own, Jake Opperman will be reviewing a case study pertaining to Staged Burglary/Contents Fraud Investigation. This case study has been approved by TDI and will be for 1 hour of CE.    Prior to Jake's presentation we will be discussing some upcoming events and fund raisers during the holiday season. We hope you can all attend!!   Again, this month's meeting has been moved to Wednesday, October 23, 2024 @ 11:30 AM. BELATED POST!!! The IASIU - North Texas Chapter has not posted in some time so we are due!! 2024 has been a really good year for the NTIASIU, and it would not be possible if it was not for a committed and hard-working board, chapter members, and amazing sponsors!! On May 14, 2024 the NTIASIU held it's biennial Fraud Seminar at the WJ Ranch in Celina, Texas. It was a great event and the facilities were awesome! We cannot thank Copart enough for hosting and getting involved in the fight against insurance fraud!!
