I’m currently recruiting participants for my dissertation study, focusing on the educational experiences and key interactions with institutional agents, such as professors and academic advisors, that contribute to the academic retention of Latinx adult learners. I’m very fortunate to be able to draw upon my experience serving on the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) and California Cradle-to-Career Data System (C2C) to inform my research. I would appreciate it if you could share this opportunity with your networks or anyone who may be interested! To be eligible for participation, individuals must: * Identify as Latinx  * Be 25 years of age or older  * Currently enrolled in community college  * Have attended community college for at least one year (two semesters)  * Have a defined academic goal (e.g., earning an AA/AS degree, transferring to a four-year institution, obtaining a career certification) Participants will be compensated for their participation.
