Office of Mayor-Elect Eric Adams has just announced the creation of the Nonprofit Advisory Council, marking a historic first for New York City! This council will act as a vital link between nonprofit organizations across the five boroughs and City Hall. With regular meetings, the council aims to address pressing challenges and opportunities within the nonprofit sector, develop innovative strategies for growth and sustainability, and advocate for policies that support nonprofit success.
