Misaligned casing can quickly become a safety risk and a time sink. A few years ago we started doing things differently. One of our Casing teams, led by Johnny Workman, took it upon themselves to elevate our standards and developed a meticulous casing alignment process. What Noble Does Best: On Noble prep sites, casing joints are meticulously aligned nose-to-nose on the railing. Hundreds of casing pipes are laid out by a John Deere loader and after getting properly cleaned and inspected. Each pipe is then aligned by an expert operator aboard the loader.  One at a time. Hundreds of times.  Why go through all this trouble? Because the results speak for themselves. Safety First: When the casing is perfectly aligned, there’s no need for workers to risk getting between pipes. It reduces pinch points and minimizes potential hazards. The whole operation becomes safer. Efficiency Gains: With our method, everything is in its right place. Inspections are faster, thread checks are easier, and tallies are more accurate. We’ve shaved precious minutes, even hours, off our processes. Quality and Reputation: The result is a satisfying, visually consistent job. It shows everyone who sees it that we take pride in the work we do. And this isn’t just about looking good. This is about setting a new benchmark for quality in our industry. When you see a Noble job, you know it’s been done right. The Road Ahead: We’re not stopping here. This isn’t just a one-time improvement; it’s part of a broader strategy to continually elevate our operations, set higher standards, and challenge the status quo. To everyone on the Noble team who has contributed to this new standard, thank you.

This past weekend, Noble INC had the privilege of supporting the Cowboy Cole Memorial Foundation at the Team Roping event in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This incredible non-profit organization is dedicated to raising awareness of suicide and promoting mental health among young adults and youth, particularly within the rodeo community. In honor of Cole Allen, the foundation works tirelessly to eliminate the stigma surrounding suicide and mental health. We were honored to bring our food truck and serve breakfast to all the participants and attendees, helping to kick off a day of remembrance, support, and community. Thank you to everyone who came out to support this vital cause and to the Cowboy Cole Memorial Foundation for the important work they do in our community. #NobleINC #CowboyColeMemorialFoundation #MentalHealthAwareness #SuicidePrevention #TeamRoping #CommunitySupport #CheyenneWY

Rig 6 - A Deep Set Solution As the Dakota formation continues to evolve, so do the challenges of drilling in this high-pressure environment. At Noble INC, we’re committed to staying ahead of these challenges, and that’s where Rig 6 comes in. Why Rig 6? Built for Pressure: With the Dakota formation experiencing increased pressure buildup, Rig 6 is uniquely equipped to handle deep set surface wells. This capability ensures that we can safely and efficiently manage the demands of Dakota string wells, where pressures are at their highest. Heavy-Duty Performance: Rig 6 is designed to carry and set heavier casings, including 13 3/8 and 9 5/8 inches, essential for maintaining well integrity in these tough conditions. Optimizing Operations: By taking on the initial phases of drilling, Rig 6 frees up bigger rigs to focus on what they do best—going deeper and executing complex lateral drilling operations. This not only saves time and money but also ensures that critical path activities are prioritized. Key Features of Rig 6: 500K Hook Load Capacity: Rig 6 is rated to lift and support up to 500,000 pounds, making it ideal for handling the heavy casing required in deep set surface wells and Dakota string wells. 1600 HP Mud Pumps: Equipped with powerful 1600 horsepower pumps, Rig 6 ensures effective mud circulation, crucial for managing the high pressures encountered in deep drilling operations. 750 Barrel Mud System with 3 Shakers: With a 750-barrel capacity and three shale shakers, Rig 6 excels at maintaining the quality of drilling fluid, ensuring smooth and efficient drilling. 22' Substructure with 18' Usable Height: The robust substructure provides ample clearance for well control equipment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency in high-pressure environments. As Rig 6 prepares to embark on its first projects, we’re excited to see how its advanced capabilities will reshape our operations and set new standards in the industry. This rig represents the future of drilling in the Dakota formation, offering efficiency, cost savings, and the ability to tackle the most challenging conditions. We look forward to sharing the success stories that Rig 6 will undoubtedly help us create. Stay tuned for more updates as we begin this exciting new chapter in our operations. #NobleINC #Rig6 #DakotaStringWells #OilFieldInnovation #HighPressureDrilling #Efficiency
