Raise your hand if you agree with any of the following statements: 👉I'd like to decrease being misunderstood (especially at work, but in life, too). 👉 I'd like to improve my communication techniques and relationships. 👉 I'd like to increase my overall productivity and effectiveness. 🙋🏿♂️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏼🙋🏻♀️ Today is the deadline to register to take the PeopleMap™ assessment with Ellen Nastir, M.Ed., PCC, in our Tampa training center this Wednesday. Your results will reveal your natural style, and you'll learn how to systematically incorporate the other “less like you” styles to achieve your goals. ⏰ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝟏𝟏:𝟓𝟓 𝐩.𝐦. "Fundraising is not about money; it's about relationships." Yesterday, Mandelyn Cloninger, CFRE, and an amazing group of nonprofit executives gathered in our training center to discuss the most common fundraising challenges facing C-suite leaders and how to overcome them. Wondering what the top challenge is that we discussed? TIME ⏰ Mandy reminded us that we have the time; we just have to protect it, block it, and manage it wisely. She also encouraged C-suite leaders to start small: ➡️ Start by committing to making two donor calls per day and conducting two donor meetings per week. When you consider that there are about 40 working weeks in a year, those actions multiply to 400 calls and 80 donor meetings. Other challenges we discussed included fear, expertise, boards and staff teams. What are the top fundraising challenges you're working to overcome?
