On #MyWhyWednesday we learn about what motivates members of #TeamDCF! When Carl graduated college he was looking for fulfilling, purposeful work. He connected with a friend who was had started working for DCF, and he's been helping our families and staff ever since - for 18 years now! 

From 2006-2023, Judy Meltzer was the court appointed monitor who helped oversee #TeamDCF's successful exit from federal oversight.
