Our Catholic Health Ambulatory & Urgent Care at Centereach property in the Town of Brookhaven has been recognized as the top healthcare facility of 2023 by Facility Executive magazine 🌟 In a dynamic collaboration with Catholic Health, we successfully transformed an underutilized retail property into a 43,000 sq. ft. multispecialty care center with an additional 20,000 sq. ft. available for future healthcare services. This state-of-the-art facility features primary care and specialty services as well as walk-in urgent care, diagnostic imaging, an on-site pharmacy, and medical suites for Catholic Health’s gastroenterologists to perform endoscopy procedures in a safe and comfortable environment outside the hospital setting. Our dedicated team played a pivotal role in the entire process, from meticulous site selection and securing land use approvals to overseeing the design and construction of the façade, site, and core components of this multifaceted project.
