The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is soliciting nominations for January’s Women Driving Auto Retail Awards. Please consider nominating exemplary dealership employees who advance women's roles in automotive dealerships by championing gender diversity, gender equity and female success stories. Nominations are due on November 12 for the following awards: • The Rising Star Award, which recognizes a woman early in her dealership career who is driving her path in auto retail and serving as a role model and champion for her female peers in the industry. • The Accelerator Award, which recognizes a mid-career level woman who has demonstrated success in improving gender equity in her dealership. • The Ally Award, which recognizes a person with a career track record in hiring, training, mentoring and championing women in auto retail and enhancing gender diversity in the field.

The California state legislature has passed and the governor has signed AB 2678, extending California's Clean Air Vehicle Program through 2026, contingent upon extended federal authorization.
