Last week’s construction progress at our 418 E Grand project in Des Moines included framing on multiple floors, core drilling, and installations of electrical and plumbing systems across the building. Work continues this week with the installation of TPO roofing, storm detention systems, air barriers, and fire protection systems, along ongoing grading and backfilling efforts.

This past week at our Cedar Rapids Independent Living project, the construction site saw progress with floor trusses, subfloor installation, and stair framing in the North building, along with electrical, ductwork, and plumbing rough-ins in the South building. Additional work included storm intake installations, insulation, and CMU work in elevator lobbies, HVAC shafts, and the parking garage.
