A four-story building anchored by engineering firm Olsson is set to rise at the sprawling Heartwood Preserve in west Omaha, launching a section within the preserve envisioned as its pedestrian-centric town center. Click link below to learn more!

The Grove at 44th Street and Camelback Road is a creative, sophisticated mixed-use campus that has redefined one of the most prestigious intersections in the Valley. The 180,000 SF Class AA multi-tenant office building achieved 100 percent fully leased status prior to the completion of construction, which is a first in Arizona commercial real estate history. The campus combines Class AA office space; The Global Ambassador, a first-ever boutique hotel by restaurateur Sam Fox and Common Bond Development Group; unique upscale retail and dining venues; and The Bergen, luxury residences by StreetLights Residential. RED Development was the master developer and Wood Patel provided master planning and entitlement assistance, civil engineering construction documents and reports as well as construction management. Two firms joined Okland Construction on the four-level building: Nelsen Partners | Architects & Planners and testani design troupe for the interior design and the rooftop amenity deck. The 750,000 SF, $400 million campus includes seven buildings: office, medical, a sports training facility (home to the Suns and Mercury practice space), upscale residential adjacent to a campus parking garage, self-storage, retail, and seven restaurants in three of the structures.
