When Garbage Makes You Smile…

Annoyed this morning when I saw this at No. 1. Reality that this is as big of an issue as we've experienced… across ~130 members, averaging ~20 members per club… could be enough to make me smile. ...But it wasn't.
It was the call I received after posting the pics to our social platform. No one was singled out. I didn't know who was responsible and wasn't looking to find out. Only to reinforce expectations - as minor as they may seem.
The call was an apology. Took all of 20 seconds before we moved on and spent 5 minutes talking about the new clubs the member had clearly just swung for the first time.
Hard to not smile after a Friday phone call like that. 😁
A number of things we do are quite different than most.
Many, if not most, go into building the culture and community I have the pleasure to experience every day.
