NC Craft Brewers Guild Executive Director Lisa Parker and Board President Les Stewart of Trophy Brewing Company joined fellow Brewers Association members for its annual Hill Climb in Washington, DC! Participating in a hill climb is one of the most important things a brewery owner can do to help their business be successful. Members who participate in the hill climb get the opportunity to build relationships with members of Congress and advocate on behalf of the 9,000+ breweries that make up the craft brewing industry! 🏦 Small and independent breweries require a powerful and unified voice in Washington, D.C. North Carolina breweries took home 8️⃣ national titles from this year's World Beer Cup! 🏆 The World Beer Cup awards ceremony was held on April 24, 2024, on the final day of the Brewers Association's Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo at the Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, NV. Throughout 14 sessions spanning seven days, a panel of 280 judges meticulously evaluated 9,300 entries from 2,060 breweries across 50 nations!
