At the first U.S. Fire Administrator’s Summit on Fire Prevention and Control in 2022, six work groups were established as part of the Fire Service National Strategy. Each group was assigned a challenge facing the fire service to develop actionable solutions for. At the 2023 Summit, discussions revealed four additional topics requiring work groups.
