Can you believe it’s been a week since the Spotlight by Semrush conference? 😳 It feels like yesterday! We’ve had such a great time! It was only one day, but it was fully packed with knowledge shared by some wonderful speakers, like Andrew Warden, Zaria Parvez, John Thornton, Elfried Samba, Sophie Miller, Jon Evans, and Sam Gillies. We’ve heard some amazing stories from companies that just ate on social media, and we can’t wait for next year. Thank you, Semrush, for organizing such a well-rounded event! Oh, and the mastermind sessions? They were a masterpiece! 🤌🏼 ✨ Here are some of our favorite insights! ✨ ↳ Be a part of the social conversations that are already happening. It’s hard to start from scratch so that little boost will help you grow on socials. ↳ Unhinged content is great for creating virality, but you should have some standards & practices in place in case something goes awry. ↳ When posting on social media, the goal (most of the time) is not to sell but to get your company to be top of mind when your ideal client wants to buy something. It’s like going from “not having heard of the company” to “knowing about the company”. That’s something your CEO might want to hear, btw. ↳ TIkTok is a great search engine, so if your audience is present there, it’s a great idea to create content that will respond to their queries. That’s it, folks, see you next year. P.S. Some cool brands you definitely should follow for funky content: Semrush, Duolingo, SURREAL.
