    You are at an event and just met a GREAT lead, you go to connect on LinkedIn, but the Wifi is down... How many times has that happened to you? What you probably do is open your Apple notes, write down their name and email quickly and tell them you'll connect with them later. OR you painfully keep trying to get it to work until the Wifi connects back in. By the end of the day you have a list of names and the company they work at. With Myko AI, even if the wifi is down - you can always take a picture of their badge and add the notes in your Slack/Teams. That way, as soon as you get back in Wifi range, you can just resend the message and it still works. Worked for me at SaaStr a couple times when the Wifi completely went out. The data gets sent directly into Salesforce with your notes attached to it so you can send a more detailed follow-up. What's your go to way to store notes from people you meet in real life?

    One thing I heard consistently at Dreamforce during the keynotes- "What if we use Microsoft Teams?" There was a lot of buzz at Dreamforce over the new Slack releases, BUT if you haven't seen the usage graphs # of Teams users >>> # of Slack users. And yet the pain point is just as acute. Sellers want a faster way to access their data and interact with Salesforce. I have good news for those feeling left out - Myko AI can integrate directly into your Teams chats. Sellers can use text or voice to update opportunities, add new contacts, or add information about accounts just as though they were giving an update to their manager.     Takeaways from my first Dreamforce - Salesforce puts on an incredible conference. The attention to detail and focus on experience feels like a conference that was put on by Disney. There were agents… Agents everywhere. The focus this year was all around the move from AI co-pilots - AI you can ask questions. To AI agents - AI that can push actions. As a company building AI agents - this turned out to be great for us. As customers are becoming aware of some of AI’s broader capabilities and the use cases it can solve within the CRM world. That makes it easier for us to sell into. How are we different from Agentforce? That’s a longer post! But the short take is we’re focusing on the actions you can take using natural language on all your systems. So not only from Slack, but importantly from Teams as well - to connect across data sources. Plus the ability to leave voice notes or our image recognition is a unique value prop to sellers updating their CRM. Walking a conference where you can demo the product on a phone was also a tremendous driver of pipeline. We doubled our pipeline this week alone. When people asked what we did - it was easy to quickly open up Slack and show them how I had been using the product during the conference. Which led to a lot of “when can we set up time next week?”. Finally the best part was the people - getting to connect with many of the people in the Salesforce community I had interacted with over the past year. Great meeting you all and looking forward to Dreamforce 2025 already!

    We often get asked "What can Myko AI do that I can't already with our current dashboards?" This is the most common question we get during initial sales conversations. Every company has already invested A LOT of time into building a fairly customized reporting and BI environment for sellers. Myko isn't built to replace that. Myko is meant to integrate where you are working (like Slack/Teams) and make it easier to dive into one-off questions or create a new action in Salesforce like updating a record. Questions like Compare our win rate on deals we multithreaded vs we didn't for our bots product this year. For SQLs that came from the SaaStr conference what was the most common closed lost reason for deals where our champion was VP or above. What rep closed the most deals last quarter where the economic buyer was the CRO The deeper we can integrate into existing systems and workflows the easier it is to think about Myko as an extra person always around to help you.
