And speaking of chefs, we’re thrilled to share a phenomenal recipe by Chef Christopher Hall that brings out the best in our grass-fed, grass-finished Bavette Steak. 🍽️ Chef Christopher Hall’s Carne Asada- Ingredients: 3/4 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 1 bunch of cilantro, washed 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tbsp ancho chile powder 1 tbsp ground cumin, toasted 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1 tsp canned chipotle 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 lbs. of My Green Earth™ Bavette Steak, trimmed Directions: Blend the first 13 ingredients until smooth and strain the mixture. Set aside 1 cup for basting, then marinate the steak in the rest for at least 8 hours. Grill on high heat for 5 minutes per side for medium. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain. Serve with rice, beans, salsa, and guacamole for a meal that will wow your guests!
