Through our services for individuals, families and employers; MRCI is able to create genuine opportunities for people of all abilities. Services for Individuals: MRCI empowers individuals to reach their personal goals through skill building and employment opportunities. Services for Employers: MRCI partners with employers to meet business needs and serve as an ongoing resource in diversity integration. Services for Families: MRCI provides families the resources, support, and opportunity to keep loved ones with care needs living in their homes. MRCI WorkSource programs are accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), and the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has created a fund for small to mid-sized Minnesota employers to request reimbursement for expenses related to providing reasonable accommodations for job applicants and employees with disabilities. The ERAF's purpose is to encourage employment of people with disabilities by reducing any perceived or real financial barriers.
