Today is a game changer! Motivosity Spaces is now available to everyone. Think of Spaces as the social hub at work that connects your team to each other and to the company. Do you need a support group for new hires where they can find all the latest docs and resources? Create a rules-based space aimed at new hires. Make a space for employees that have the same title and let them share highlights and ideas with each other. Create a space for your hiking group, book club, or other ERGs. Within those spaces you can plan events, attach awards for engagement/accomplishment, or just have a little fun at work. Spaces is the equivalent of the water cooler for those olden days where everyone was in the office five days/week - but so much better!
