We hear that pronouns are hard for people who are not used to them. But it’s an important step to inclusion. Imagine if someone told you how to pronounce their name, and you continued to say it wrong because their name was “hard”. When you mess up someone's pronouns, take a deep breath, correct yourself and move on.
