We’re excited to announce the successful completion of our latest pool project at the newly renovated Black Oak Casino in Tuolumne, CA! 🌊🏨 This exciting project features 3 all new pools. The first is a 2,000 SF heated leisure pool with a cabo shelf for lounging. Next to the pool is a 28 FT long, raised spa featuring an exterior tile finish and ample seating facing a large outdoor TV. And for the kids there is a new 3,600 SF Freeform Activity Pool featuring a deck level gutter, multiple spray features, and a playstructure with a 300 GAL dump bucket! RSM provided the engineering design for the finishes, structures, recirculating piping and recirculation and chemical equipment for all three pools and the associated Activity Pool surge tank. Yesterday marked a significant milestone as we unveiled this impressive project. Spanning 6 acres, the Cedar Wellness Center is a stunning ground-up creation, featuring a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq ft, 2-story masonry medical facility. Designed to house an Opioid Clinic and Wellness Center, it's a beacon of healthcare excellence. Inside, patients will find dedicated counseling rooms, an Urgent Care outpatient office, and plans for a future dental office. Beyond the building, we've meticulously developed the entire site, including essential underground infrastructure, utilities, a spacious parking lot, and other off-site enhancements. We're honored to complete this project for OneTogether Solutions, LLC and The Puyallup Tribe of Indians , located on tribal land yet seamlessly integrating public utilities. Happy Cinco De Mayo!!! The Moorefield team had an amazing time last Friday during our Cinco De Mayo Salsa Competition!! Everyone whipped up an amazing salsa and created very clever names for their salsa. Pairing with the Taco Venders, all the salsas were amazing! Definitely a lot of fun and laughs. With GC's its always all about the schedule - how can we get this done faster? Hats off to Larry Moorefield Moorefield Construction, Inc for flipping this project to ICF with an amazing result utilizing Fox Blocks 12" core to deliver 275 lineal ft of retaining wall avg 17' tall done and poured out in 7 working days (some of that in pretty bad weather). Over 4,400 sf of wall installed by Bret Taylor Taylor Masonry which allowed the expansion of https://lnkd.in/gYVD39tf to cut over 50% off the schedule from typical cast in place concrete forming and stripping. BTW the hotel in background is ICF as well. Thanks for the work guys!
