Brianna Arps, Founder of fine fragrance brand MOODEAUX® (Arch Grants 2022 Cohort) is featured in this article about Black Ambition, a nonprofit initiative founded by singer-songwriter Pharrell Williams in 2020 based on the premise that ambition is limitless, but access is not. In what Arps describes as a "full-circle moment," Black Ambition took her and six other U.S. entrepreneurs to Paris during the Olympics to meet with 50 French entrepreneurs. The group connected in both luxury and startup spaces, all culminating in a Black Ambition-run pitch competition for the French entrepreneurs. In recent months, Arch Grants Founders Candera T. and Tashara Earl, MBA, MA have been newly named to the program, which includes a three-month mentorship and the opportunity to pitch for up to $1 million.
