Last week’s All-Staff Development Day was a huge success! The Monterra team came together to learn, connect, and make a difference in our community. From engaging workshops to hands-on activities, our employees put their hearts into every moment. Together, we assembled over 400 hygiene kits and crafted 50 cozy blankets to support those in need this winter. We’re grateful for days like these that remind us of the power of unity and giving back. Looking forward to making an even bigger impact next year!
