We have exciting CAT opportunities available in the following positions: Scope-Only Field Adjusters -We need detail-oriented individuals with a keen eye for accuracy. You'll be responsible for thoroughly assessing and documenting property damage, laying the groundwork for precise estimates. -You must reside in Florida (or be willing to travel) and hold an active XactNet Address and Florida license to qualify for this role. Claims Associate, Customer Facing -Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We're looking for professionals with excellent communication skills to guide clients through the claims process with empathy and efficiency. -A Florida license is required, but you can work remotely. Claims Associate, File Management -You’ll oversee and support our files, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service to our clients. This role requires experience, organization skills, and a commitment to excellence. -A Florida license is required, but you can work remotely. QA Reviewers -Are you passionate about quality control? Our QA Reviewers ensure that every file meets our high standards before it's sent to clients. -A Florida license is required, but you can work from anywhere. Desk Estimate Writers -If you're skilled at creating precise estimates remotely, this role is for you! We're seeking experienced professionals to craft detailed estimates based on field reports. -An active XactNet Address and Florida license is required, but you can be based in any state. Claims Managers -Ready to lead with authority? Claims Managers will manage high-level operations, oversee teams, and ensure that claims are handled with precision and excellence. This position requires significant experience and a track record of successful claims leadership. -A Florida license is required, but you can work remotely. Claims Supervisors -Do you have the skills to supervise and mentor? Our Claims Supervisors will manage day-to-day claim operations, ensuring team productivity and adherence to company standards. -A Florida license is required, but you can be based in any state. My thoughts and prayers are with Florida and all the rest effected by Hurricane Helene. I pulled an all-nighter tracking this one closely. This was a stark reminder of how minute changes can move entire population centers into and out of the crosshairs of devastation, and how humbling the power of nature truly is. Some of the Modern Claims Solutions family has been seriously effected by this one, and I want those people to know that I'm only a phone call away if they need me. Today, resources from across our organization are moving and working to coordinate a swift response to this event. I'm doing some informal hiring on behalf of myself and Modern Claims Solutions today. I'm looking for a file reviewer that would be interested in jumping in and helping me with some QA work for one of our clients. This wouldn't be full-time work off of the bat, which is why I'm shying away from a formal job posting. My target audience for this position is adjusters who are already geared more towards desk work than field work, who spend most of their workday in the office already and would be interested in picking up some side work, with the potential to develop. The claims are personal lines, first-party property. The spread is a little more narrow than traditional file review. I'd have you looking primarily at estimates, ensuring they are within provided scope and coverages. What I need is someone with demonstrated history writing estimates in Xactimate, with a high attention to detail, who would be able to QA submitted estimates in an extremely timely manner. Like, three hours or less if the deliverable is submitted during ordinary operating hours. No later than 8am if it's submitted during the night, with enough availability to immediately review CAT and/or large-loss estimates. The work would be completely remote and on a 1099-basis. I'll be happy to provide specifics to the qualified folks that reach out (process details, pay, volume, etc.).
