As our team puts the final touches on our plans, I thought I'd hijack Mission's LinkedIn to share some behind-the-scenes action. I won’t reveal just yet what this year’s theme for re:Invent is… but let’s just say I think it’ll “land well”. 😉 🌟 How do you make Mission stand out among so many AWS partners at such a big event? AWS re:Invent is a huge event, and it can be really difficult to stand out with all the noise. That being said, planning for this event is my absolute favorite, because we can really flex our creative muscles. We try to think WAY outside of the box. What do people WANT to see versus what do WE want people to see. It’s important to think about the re:Invent attendee experience. 🧠 What's one thing about the Mission brand’s future direction that has you excited? Mission is all in on AI and has such a depth of AI expertise amongst the team. We’re growing our AI services and solutions, and I think that’s what has me most excited! 🔍 What's the coolest thing attendees will experience at the Mission booth? Our booth is a bit of an optical illusion this year, and that is all I can say! ✨ 🕺 What can attendees at Mission IGNITE expect this year? Mission IGNITE attendees can expect to have an all-around amazing night on December 4th! With Flo Rida on the mic, the stunning venue, and a couple of fun surprises along the way, it’s going to be an unforgettable time. 👩💻 What are you personally most looking forward to at re:Invent? We are co-hosting a Women’s luncheon with AllCloud, Caylent, and AWS. I’m super excited about the keynote speaker, Alison Fragale, and the opportunity to learn from our customer panelists. 🥁 Drumroll, please... We've got a winner! 🏆 Our contest for guessing the Mission IGNITE headliner sparked some creative predictions. It's the final day of Cloud Advisor Appreciation Week - last but not least, meet Kurtis Cooley! 🎉 Our Cloud Advisors, like Kurtis, are experts at tackling complex AWS challenges. They take on the toughest problems and deliver solutions that help our customers succeed! Kurtis is our most recent Cloud Advisor who joined Mission in July: 🗃️ Fun fact: I'm an avid lego collector, any time I go to the store no matter what it's for I always come home with a new set. 🌟 Proudest moment at Mission: Passing my cloud practitioner exam (that thing had me stressing haha). And running my first solo discovery call! 🍝 If I wasn’t in tech, my dream job would be: I love food so probably a food critic, it would be awesome to get paid to travel around and try a whole bunch of new food! A huge thanks to Kurtis and all our Cloud Advisors for going the extra mile to support our customers and drive their cloud success!
