Milhaus officially entered the Arizona market earlier this year with the launch of Northbend, followed by the addition of Nollie in August. We’re also excited to have Alanna currently under construction! Project Update: Alanna🚧 Construction at Alanna, our newest apartment community in Phoenix, has reached a major milestone! The top floor framing of the first building is now underway, with completion set for 2025. This marks an important step in delivering thoughtfully designed living spaces that will soon become home to many in the vibrant city of Phoenix. Our HR team took an exciting site visit to Versa, our latest project in Broad Ripple, Indy! 🙌 It was a great opportunity for them to see firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into building the communities that make up Team Milhaus. The Versa project is coming along beautifully, and we can’t wait for Milhaus to have a presence in the heart of Broad Ripple. 🍂 Fall vibes are kicking in, and we had the best time celebrating early with our September Snacktacular! 🎉 The event was filled with delicious fall treats, apple cider, and live music by our very own singer AND song writer Chris Haskett, CSI, CDT! Huge thanks to everyone who joined in on the fun!🎶🍎 We couldn’t have asked for better company—great food, great music, and even better people. 💛 Looking forward to more moments like these as we welcome the season together!

Last Friday, our team had the opportunity to participate in the Indiana Sports Corp Challenge, where we engaged in a variety of activities, from dodgeball and baseball to running and walking 5Ks. It was a great way to foster team spirit, step outside the office, and build stronger connections with our colleagues. We’re grateful for everyone’s enthusiasm and participation, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s challenge!💚🏅
