Investing in food and farm entrepreneurs across Michigan to grow a more resilient, inclusive local food system.

About us

Michigan Good Food Fund invests in food and farm entrepreneurs by offering flexible financing and tailored business assistance. We meet entrepreneurs where they are, connect them with what they need, and build long-term relationships that help their businesses thrive. As we work toward a more resilient, inclusive food industry, we focus on entrepreneurs whose access to power and capital has been historically limited because of their race, ethnicity, and/or gender. Explore the latest Michigan Good Food Fund-supported projects at migoodfoodfund.org. Meet our lending partners: Capital Impact Partners, CDC Small Business Finance, CEED Lending, Detroit Development Fund, Fair Food Network's Fair Food Fund, Grow, Lake Trust Credit Union, Michigan Community Capital, Michigan Women Forward, ProsperUs Detroit, and RCV Frontline Fund, and technical assistance provider MSU Center for Regional Food Systems.
