Entrepreneurs First. Sabes que como emprendedor estás en el lugar correcto, cuándo uno de tus inversores, tu socio en la batalla, comparte los valores más arraigados de tu ADN emprendedor. Los últimos días participamos en representación de Prixz en el Annual Summit de Founders de SVLatam, ahora Endurance28 Entrepreneurs First. Enhorabuena a Consuelo Valverde, Vartan Indjeian, @Carmiña, Daniela Guerra Garrett Dempsey y el resto del equipo. Algunos pensamientos y aprendizajes de estos días: -Endurance no puede ser mejor nombre para un fondo.  Recuerda a la Expedición a la Antártida (1914-1917). Con 28 integrantes, el barco se hunde, la expedición se logra salvar pero también sobrevivir a lo que seguía. Colaboración, liderazgo y resistencia. Justo lo que necesita ahora cualquier emprendedor. -Ser emprendedor es retar al fracaso desde la creatividad. Pero siempre honrar la generosidad y honrar la persistencia y el optimismo. -Y prepárate porque en algún momento, vas a tener que resistir mientras tomas decisiones (esfuerzo inteligente). Comunicación y framework de toma de decisiones son algunas de las cosas que cualquier emprendedor debe empezar a tener en su día a día. -Salir de la caja para ver retos que viven otros emprendedores. Y ver sus visiones sobre los tuyos. Feedback continuo. Sin miedo. Si tú cambias, todo cambia. -Seamos conscientes con los necesidades que vive el Planeta: huella de carbono, detección de enfermedades… Increíble los proyectos que vi en biotech. -Se necesita un nuevo enfoque para resolver problemas complejos. -Colaboremos. Compartamos conocimiento. Acortemos los caminos. Y siempre: los emprendedores primero. Nuestro segundo día de programa con nuestros 21 participantes de México, Perú, Argentina, Costa Rica, Uruguay y Estados Unidos fue uno exitoso. #LATAM Comenzamos en las oficinas sede de Google en Mountain View con la presentación de Diego Salvatierra, CEO y co-fundador de la aplicación SAY! que integra ChatGPT - New! para aprender idiomas y te permite conversar con Buddy, tu propio maestro de #InteligenciaArtificial. Después, la presentación de Dave Deasy, CMO de Wordly, nos voló la cabeza al ver la capacidad que tiene la plataforma para traducir en tiempo real desde tu móvil. El CEO y co-fundador de Utoppia, Stefano Angeli, presentó su #startup de servicios financieros que ofrece servicios bancarios 100% móviles y fáciles de usar en EE.UU. para residentes no estadounidenses. Antes de lunch disfrutamos de un espectacular clima para dar un tour por el campus #Googleplex e intentar captar un poco de su cultura laboral desde las afueras de su colorido campus. Para cerrar el día, estuvimos con Daniel Uribe, MBA 🧬🔗🔐, CEO y cofundador de GenoBank.io en donde además de hablarnos sobre el interesante proyecto de mapeo genómico, nos compartió su extensa experiencia y amplia sabiduría sobre la Inteligencia Artificial. Daniel Hernandez de Fonda, concluyó el día 2 con presentación virtual de su proyecto que tiene como misión capacitar a los restaurantes familiares que las cadenas de restaurantes más grandes del mundo para obtener las mismas capacidades de comercio en línea.
