It was an honor to host a collaborative Michelin-star dining experience with Chefs Kyle Connaughton and Norbert Niederkofler at SingleThread in celebration of the brand’s “Stories From Our Only Home” video series. Miele brought Chefs Kyle Connaughton and Norbert Niederkofler together, blending their culinary excellence with a shared mission of sustainability for an incredible collaborative dinner. Prior to dining, the group was greeted at SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn for an inside look at the working farm that harvests the fresh produce used in the restaurant and shared with the community. Attendees also had the opportunity to view the video campaign that shares both Chef Connaughton and Chef Niederkofler’s views on sustainability in the kitchen – key factors being the reduction of food waste and the relentless pursuit of meaningful innovation. The Chefs' guiding principles coincide with our own, ensuring we are all moving forward in a positive direction to protect our planet and continuously be better in everything we do.
