Midtown Indy has issued a Request for Interest (RFI) and Call for Proposals for property at 4556 N. College Avenue. The process seeks to identify a development partner to facilitate the redevelopment of the property into a mixed-use or multifamily development that aligns with goals of Equitable Transit Oriented Development (ETOD) and the provision of affordable housing for low and moderate-income families and individuals. This RFI is being issued by Midtown Indy in partnership with the Indianapolis Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), City of Indianapolis - Department of Metropolitan Development , and the Crossroads AME Church. Final responses must be submitted by EOB March 31. More information is posted at the Midtown Indy website. Respondents should register to receive the due diligence documents and link to the pre-submittal meeting scheduled for March 8th. Registration and RFI information is in the attached document.
