Build in-process: flex connector assembly. This machine will automatically assemble, inspect, and package 5-component connectors at a projected 2.4 second cycle time. Flexible feeders, transport, and tooling allow processing of a variety of connectors in a single machine. A ferris wheel doubles as a side assembly mechanism and a part flipper. This will be a fun one to watch when it’s up and running in the next few weeks! Featuring 6-axis robots from STÄUBLI Robotics and flex feeders from Asyril. #assembly #robotics #automation

This fully automated production line features a palletized conveyor system that assembles, inspects, laser marks, and packs automotive electrical connectors into trays. Installed in 2018, the system has produced millions of connectors over the past six years. This footage, captured earlier this year, shows some visible wear from years of successful operation—but the equipment's performance remains as reliable as ever. #assembly #automation #robotics
