WOW! I can’t begin to express what an amazing week it has been! Yesterday we wrapped up the 2024 KY Industry Conference. This year was a collaborative effort with the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, the Metals Innovation Initiative, and GAME Change. We were hoping for: Great attendance ✔️ Amazing speakers ✔️ Timely and important topics ✔️ Connectivity for all 3 organizations ✔️ The conference more than delivered in all of the above. But it went further than I ever expected with the connections made, vendor and exhibitor engagement, new relationships made and existing relationships strengthened, crossover discussions, and valuable exchanges. A huge THANK YOU to all the attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors! An even bigger thank you to the staff of all three organizations who have worked behind the scenes to bring our big, crazy dream to fruition. And a personal shout out to Caroline Scott who has been working tirelessly for KAM for months to make this event a huge success!

Another great day at the 2024 Kentucky Industry Conference in partnership with Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, Metals Innovation Initiative, Novelis, Logan Aluminum and so many more! Thanks to Stryker Logistics for a delicious breakfast and #Kentucky themed door prize. Not only did we focus on #sustainability during this event by collecting #aluminum cans for recycling, but during our opening panel I made sure panelists had our #infinitely #recyclable aluminum cups! I also attended several engaging sessions including one on #electric ⚡️vehicles and another on the state of #metals and #recycling panel moderated by Jennifer S. Betts.
