It’s time to celebrate another year of recognizing our outstanding employees with #MFedAllStars! 🎉 Meet today’s #MFedAllStars, VANESSA I. BOGLIO MARTINEZ. “Dr. Vanessa Boglio serves federal employees through the Employee Assistance Program (#EAP) in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the State of Florida. She boasts high direct service hours due to the countless individual sessions, consultations, and health and wellness presentations she provides. Dr. Boglio is an asset to the Region 2 team, always sharing her clinical skills and knowledge in team meetings and group supervision. She willingly goes above and beyond the call of duty by providing bilingual presentations and sessions and translating materials into Spanish when necessary. It’s time to celebrate another year of recognizing our outstanding employees with #MFedAllStars! 🎉 Meet today’s #MFedAllStars, Donata Williams! “I’m thrilled to nominate the exceptional work of Donata Williams, who has truly gone above and beyond in supporting our young military-connected children. Recognizing the unique challenges the staff that the Child Development Center (CDC) faces each day, she thoughtfully created a Serenity Lounge at the Child Development Center, a peaceful retreat designed for relaxation and stress relief. This incredible initiative reflects her deep commitment to our mission and enhances the well-being of our entire team. Donata also helps her colleagues and offers professional knowledge to encourage and assist the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team. Thank you, Donata, for your dedication, creativity, and unwavering support. Your efforts make a significant difference every day!” - Laurie Galloway, MFLC Regional Supervisor For more stories of our stellar talent and unmatched service, visit https://lnkd.in/gKz2biPD.

Magellan offers a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit that allows employees to take paid leave to engage in community service aligned with our mission and values, fostering a caring and social responsibility culture. Paul Taraborelli LICSW IMH-E®, Child and Youth Behavioral Director for the Military and Family Life Counseling program, shares his story of volunteerism. “This year, I was fortunate enough to use my volunteer hours at Camp Surefire in Rhode Island. Camp Surefire is Rhode Island’s only camp for children with type 1 diabetes; the goal is to create a community of learning about diabetes between campers and their peers, counselors, and medical staff and to promote the development of life-long skills and relationships that will minimize the impact of diabetes on participants’ lives. “The number of staff and volunteers it takes behind the scenes to make this opportunity safe for all campers is unbelievable! Helping to be a small part of allowing any child with type 1 diabetes to experience summer camp was incredible. I am so happy that Magellan allowed me to take off time from work to volunteer!” For more stories of our stellar talent and unmatched service, visit https://lnkd.in/gKz2biPD. #MFedCares #VTO
