En coopération avec ses 2 partenaires, #Meridiam et Dalkia, SWISS KRONO FRANCE fait une avancée majeure dans sa décarbonation. Avec #GreenEnergy, filiale à 100% de Meridiam, de nouvelles installations d’envergure vont transformer le site de #SullysurLoire (Loiret) après 2 ans de travaux et plus de 120 M€ d’#investissement. Soutenu par l’ADEME et lauréat du plan « France Relance », ce chantier exemplaire a été un défi technologique et humain réussi dans un temps record qui allie #performanceindustrielle et #environnementale. Cet équipement qui permet de remplacer la quasi-totalité du gaz consommé sur le site de fabrication de SWISS KRONO France à Sully-sur-Loire par de la #biomasse issue du processus de production de l’industriel. L’#inauguration d’aujourd’hui clôture la phase de conception et de mise en service des trois composantes essentielles avec les deux #sécheurs basse température, la #chaudièrebiomasse multi-combustibles qui est approvisionnée par les sous-produits de bois (résidus de production, écorces, poussières), et le condenseur de fumées. ✅ Chiffres Clefs Green Energy * : 35 000 tonnes d’émissions de CO2 évitées par an, soit l’équivalent de plus de 19 000 véhicules* retirés de la circulation 5 à 10 % de réductions de besoins énergétiques grâce aux sécheurs basse température Jusqu’à 95 % du gaz consommé par le site remplacé par de la biomasse 2 ans de chantier, soit 462 483 heures travaillées (226 352 pour Dalkia et 236131 pour Swiss Krono) de travaux sans incident majeur Investissement supérieur à 120 M€ (*Sources : ADEME et SWISS KRONO France) #innovation #efficacitéénergétique #energiepropre 👏 👷EDF https://lnkd.in/eyEhuXjT

Meridiam has been selected preferred bidder by the Jordan government for the Aqaba Amman water desalination and conveyance project. The Meridiam led project team includes delivery partners SUEZ in partnership with global and regional contractors. This critical #infrastructure asset, which includes one of the largest #desalination plants in the world, will convey over 300 million cubic meters of potable water per year to Amman and Aqaba. The project is considered of national priority to ensure water security in #Jordan, one of the most water stressed countries in the world. This 30 year long concession contract reinforces Meridiam’s landmark position as a long term partner and investor in Jordan. This critical project for Jordan benefits from global support and partnerships. It is in particular supported by US institutions U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and USAID which has advised the Jordanian government.  #GlobalGateway #TeamEurope #TeamFrance

Meridiam together with ACCIONA and ACS Infrastructure — The SR400 Peach Partners consortium—has announced its selection as the Best Value Proposer for the SR400 Express Lanes MMIP Project by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Dragados USA, Inc. and ACCIONA have formed a construction joint venture to carry out the Project’s design and construction, while the Consortium will set up a dedicated project company to self-perform operation and maintenance. The Project consists of the design, construction, finance, operation and maintenance of a 16-mile-long corridor in the metro Atlanta region, which is anticipated to be upgraded and expanded to include additional dynamically-tolled free-flow express lanes, under an approximately 55-year PPP contract with the State Roadway and Tolling Authority. The Project will also encompass the upgrade of several key bridges along the route. The Project, the first privately managed express lanes in Georgia, is focused on improving #publicaccessibility and fostering local #economicgrowth. By incorporating a state-of-the-art traffic management solution and optimizing connectivity, the express lanes are designed to streamline traffic flow and alleviate congestion during peak hours.
