Mental Health Cooperative is a story of hope, where science and a belief in human potential come together to form a very special place. We are passionate about supporting adults with serious mental illnesses and children struggling with emotional/behavioral challenges using unique and innovative approaches. Our Mission MHC exists to engage, enlighten, and empower individuals and families with behavioral health issues to live healthier lives. By providing integrated care for the whole person, everyone can experience hope and live a full life in the community.

As we continue to recognize National Overdose Awareness Week, this Friday's ROCKSTARS are all those working tirelessly to reduce the stigma of addiction and who help all our neighbors, young and old, live healthy and longer lives. We want to especially shoutout our very own Julie Barnes, director of the Mental Health Cooperative Substance Abuse Services, who participated in a panel discussion hosted by the Metro Nashville Public Health Department. We appreciate all of our community partners, including the Metro Nashville Police Department, Nashville Fire Department and so many more. Together, we will reduce the number of overdoses occurring in Middle Tennessee. #EndOverdose #Addiction

This week Mental Health Cooperative is recognizing Overdose Awareness Week, a global campaign to end overdose. It is a time to remember loved ones who have died from drug overdose and acknowledge the grief of those left behind. We encourage support and recovery for everyone impacted by substance use and overdose.
