    There's a misconception that "Culture Events" have to be expensive. Sometimes all you need is a few dozen watermelons and a Culture Committee willing to go above and beyond to create an unforgettable event. memoryBlue recently held it's annual field day. This of course includes the watermelon eating contest. AKA my yearly reminder to the SDRs that I am a force to be reckoned with, both on and off the phones. Unfortunately, my "Teal" team fell short this year with a 3rd place finish. Shoutout to the refs/organizers Dana Cleary Nicholas Harbaugh Lina El Kordy Snow Proudlove Chloe S. Nora Hasrat (despite some questionable calls 😏 ) Call me crazy, but this beats a several thousand dollar happy hour any day of the week. Thankful to have both though 😁

We’re thrilled to share our latest success story with Airbnb, where our expert SDR team went above and beyond to recruit and onboard Super Hosts as brand ambassadors across multiple regions, including Spain, Portugal, Italy, the UK, USA, and LATAM. 🌍 The Challenge: Airbnb required a dedicated team to recruit Super Hosts, manage video introductions, and guide them through a comprehensive Learning Series—within a tight deadline. A formidable task, but the memoryBlue team rose to the occasion.
