Today marks an exciting milestone for Tally: we’ve raised $80 million in Series D funding with Sway Ventures and Menora Mivtachim Group to accelerate our growth and further expand our automated debt pay-down system. We are also thrilled to welcome Ken Denman to our Board. In 2015 we set out to build the first automated debt manager to help people pay off credit card debt years faster and collectively save billions of dollars in interest and late fees. In the short seven years since, our mission to make people less stressed and better off financially has remained a priority commitment. In the past year alone, we’ve saved Tally members $1.2 million in late fees and enabled the average member to get out of debt up to three years faster. Our team is focused on the huge opportunity ahead, as we help even more members out of the cycle of debt and empower them to reach their financial goals. 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲: 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 After nearly nine years of helping people manage and pay off their credit card debt, we have made the difficult and sad decision to shut down Tally. This was not the outcome we had hoped for, but after exploring all options, we were unable to secure the necessary funding to continue our operations. From the start, Tally was built with a singular goal: to help people break free from the crushing burden of credit card debt. The idea was born from a personal place—having witnessed the stress and anxiety that debt can cause, I wanted to create something that could genuinely make a difference in people's lives. Tally was designed to be more than just a tool; it was a financial coach working quietly in the background, automating payments and guiding users toward healthier financial habits. Over the past nine years, we've had the privilege of helping countless individuals manage and pay billions of dollars of debt, alleviating stress and empowering them to regain control of their financial futures. We've celebrated the successes of our users as if they were our own, and we've taken every opportunity to innovate based on their needs. To everyone who supported Tally—from our incredible team to our loyal members, partners, and investors—thank you. Your belief in our mission kept us going, and your feedback helped shape Tally into what it became. While this is the end for Tally, our expectation is that it is not the end of our mission. The need for financial tools that truly help people is as critical as ever. I hope that what we started with Tally will inspire others and influence new ideas and approaches to managing debt. In closing, I want to express my deep gratitude to everyone who was a part of Tally's journey. It has been an honor to work alongside you, and I am proud of what we've achieved together. As we close this chapter, I look forward to seeing what the future holds for each of us. Thank you for being a part of Tally. Sincerely, Jason Brown Founder & CEO, Tally
