Ladder is joining Buildforce! This is a huge leap in maximizing the efficiency in construction hiring and creating more stable careers for those in the trades. Read all about it in Buildforce's blog post.
Exciting news for Ladder! 🪜 I’m thrilled to share that Ladder has been acquired by Buildforce, a Texas-based construction tech company. 🎉 At Ladder, our mission has always been to connect electrical contractors with skilled electricians, making it easier for tradespeople to find steady, meaningful work while helping contractors solve the skilled labor shortage. Buildforce shares this same vision, and together, we’re creating an even greater platform for electricians across the Southeast and beyond. With Ladder’s network of 200+ contractors and 10,000+ electricians, and Buildforce’s innovative approach to workforce solutions, we’re excited to bring even more value to the electrical trade. From streamlined hiring to stable W-2 employment with benefits, we’re building a better future for skilled tradespeople. I’ll be leading Buildforce’s Southeast region as we expand to meet growing demand for electricians, fueled by projects like data centers, manufacturing facilities, office, and multifamily construction across metro Atlanta and the Southeast. This marks an exciting new chapter for Ladder and I want to extend a huge thank you to all of our customers, partners, investors, early adopters, and the talented electricians we’ve had the privilege to work with — we couldn’t have done this without you. Here’s to building something even bigger, together. #Ladder #Buildforce #ConstructionTech #ElectricalTrade #SkilledLabor #Growth
